1. Tom Brady (QB) New England Patriots

Tom Brady has been a consistent top notch fantasy quarterback all season. Week 12 he was playing against a New York Jets team that literally couldn’t get out of its own way. Brady torched the Jets for 323 passing yards and three passing touchdowns. Brady even threw in a rushing touchdown for good measure.

2. Robert Griffin III (QB) Washington Redskins

RG3 is going to be a top notch fantasy quarterback for years to come. We have both Brady and RG3 on our team and it has been split pretty evenly with their starts throughout the season. RG3 once again had a monster week with four touchdown passes and over 300 yards passing.

3. St. Louis Rams Defense/Special Teams

We don’t want to brag, but we will. In our Fantasy Five on Thursday we told everyone to pick up the St. Louis Rams defense because of their match up against the Arizona Cardinals. The Rams picked off Cardinals quarterback Ryan Lindley four times. Surgex Sports athlete Janoris Jenkins had two interceptions of his own, both returned for touchdowns. If only Jenkins was an option for fantasy owners as a wide receiver. He would have done better than most wide receivers available.

4. Arian Foster (RB) Houston Texans

Arian Foster has been left off this list for most of the season. Finally Foster had a stud worthy performance. With over 100 yards rushing and two touchdowns, Foster awarded fantasy owners week 12.

5. Dez Bryant (WR) Dallas Cowboys

Dez Bryant has had himself a couple big fantasy weeks. Week 12 Bryant pulled in 145 yards receiving on eight catches and two touchdowns.

Matt Ryan finds himself in a first place tie with the rookie RG3 atop the #StudCounter list.

Matt Ryan (QB) Atlanta Falcons: 4

RG3 (QB) Washington Redskins: 4

Doug Martin (RB) Tampa Bay Buccaneers: 2

1. Carson Palmer (QB) Oakland Raiders

Yes, the Oakland Raiders are horrible, but Carson Palmer usually is at least good for some fantasy points. Not week 12. Palmer struggled with just 146 yards passing on one touchdown and one interception.

2. Marshawn Lynch (RB) Seattle Seahawks

The Seahawks stumbled against the Miami Dolphins and Lynch was held in check. Lynch rushed the ball 19 times, but ended up with just 46 yards rushing and didn’t find the end zone.

3. Larry Fitzgerald (WR) Arizona Cardinals

It’s a shame when you have one of the best wide receivers in football and no one to throw to him. Fitzgerald ends up on the dud list week 12 with just three catches for 31 yards. Heck, Cardinals quarterback Ryan Lindley almost completed as many passes to the Rams Janoris Jenkins (2 INT’s). This is how it goes in fantasy football. You have to take the quarterback situation into consideration when drafting your receivers.

4. Jimmy Graham (TE) New Orleans Saints

Four catches and for 33 yards is indeed a disappointment for Graham’s fantasy owners. Before week 12, Graham had gone four straight weeks with at least one touchdown catch. Fantasy owners need more from the Saints tight end.

5. New York Jets Defense/Special Teams

Although, we hope no one started the Jets defense/special teams against Tom Brady and the Patriots, their performance was so bad we have to put them on the dud list. The Jets gave up 49 points to the Patriots through a combination of awful defense and embarrassing special teams play.

The #DudCounter leaderboard stays the same week 12.

DeSean Jackson (WR) Philadelphia Eagles: 3

Matt Ryan (QB) Atlanta Falcons: 2

Andre Johnson (WR) Houston Texans: 2
