With just one more week left in the NFL season, Blake Costanzo and the Bears still have a chance at making the playoffs with a 9-6 record.

Blake Costanzo

The Bears defeated the Cardinals 28-13, keeping them in competition for the final playoff spot in the NFC heading into their week 17 game against the Detroit Lions. Blake has 9 tackles on the season and is again having a great season on special teams. Blake is also up for the Pro Bowl for his performance on special teams.

Janoris Jenkins

Jenkins had this third interception return for a touchdown on the season in a Rams 28-13 victory over the Buccaneers. Let me say that once again, Jenkins has three interceptions returned for a touchdown on the season! Week 16, Jenkins intercepted Bucs QB Josh Freeman and returned it 41 yards for the touchdown. Jenkins also added 6 tackles in what has been a fantastic rookie season for Jenkins. With four interceptions on the season, three of which were returned for touchdowns, Jenkins could find himself on the Pro Bowl roster in his rookie season.

Eric Weddle

Weddle and the Chargers handled the Jets easily in a 27-17 victory. Weddle was once again all over the field in an impressive game. Weddle ended up with 7 tackles, giving him 89 tackles on the season. Weddle is having himself another Pro Bowl caliber season as the Chargers best defensive player. Note: We interviewed Weddle before week 16 against the Jets. Be sure to check the Blitz for video of the interview.
